Jagdamba Ispat is all about providing Electro-forged Grating solutions. The rapid development of modern society   has shown a steep rise in its demand of sophisticated Gratings for highly focused applications. Jagdamba Ispat is dedicated to identifying these needs and designing methods to meet them. The Company is on a quest to provide the technology and infrastructure that would facilitate ideas on wheels to come into reality.  To maintain the quality we have imported cross bars from Korea and the bearing bars are indigenously manufactured in our own plant.             

               Manufacturing facilities  :

We have large shed (20Mtr. X 72 Mtr.) for machine shop & other same shed is for fabrication work with 3 EOT cranes of 5 MT  capacity.  In machinery we have Electroforged welding machine for automatic welding work,  two cutting machines for cutting  of gratings as per customer requirement and for fabrication we have ARC, RECTIFIER & CO₂ welding  machines.

                  Galvanizing Plant :

               We have also a large shed ( 18 Mtr. x 60 Mtr.) for galvanizing of the products. The capacity of this plant is 24000 Ton per annum.  This is the only unit in this region where both the plants are established i.e. for  manufacturing  as well as galvanization. 

                  Quality of the Product:

We will maintain quality of raw materials as per customer requirement physically             (proper size of bearing bar & cross bar) . All materials chemistry are also tested and maintained as per prescribed standard.  After production welding strength is tested physically and  in laboratory. For maintaining quality of material/ job we have a quality control team/ department who verifies quality  and keep records.  To maintain the quality we have imported Cross Bars from Korea and bearing bars are indigenously manufactured and also acquired  special High Quality Zinc from Hindustan Zinc Limited.

Incoming Material Control :

We inspect raw material before receiving for production. We test materials physically and take chemical test report of raw material.

Process Control :

Our product  is automatic welded material . Yet we keep record  of parameter of setting of machine and rectify it as per requirement. We keep production report on which we mention problems & rectified process. We keep self inspection record of each shift which are made by operator of machine.

Control of Non conformance :

We inspect all finished goods & keep proper record. We  maintain quality requirement of customers and try for zero rejection & provide proper fulfillment of finished goods to customer as per their requirement.

Control of Measuring & Monitoring System :

We keep calibrated measuring instrument by certified Laboratory. We calibrate all instruments & keep record.

In House Testing Facilities :

We have chemical testing & physical testing facility at site. We have facility of load bearing capacity.  We have calibrated weights & arrangement of frame for inclination of gratings on load. We have facility of testing galvanizing coating layers.
